Flower and Altar Minutes First Parish Congregational Church Date:  September 18, 2018 Present: Martha Conlan, Polly Curry, Marcia Lord, Patrice Tripp Excused: Mari Warner, Deb Hjort, Brandi Flanagan, Maureen O’Donnell , Deb Richard Guest: Deb Nielson Item Discussion Resolution Church Fair Greens Table Deb Nielson attended. *Reviewed attached for preparation. Set up on 11/29 will be easier if have things prepared ahead *October Messenger asking for assistance    *Collect items listed on attached list. *Pine cones should not be too large. *Will meet November 8 th 4:30 PM at Patrice’s (directions will be provided) to prepare/spray paint items. Will have spray paint available     *Greens workshop November 29 th 9am – completion of baskets for fair. Whatever time you can give will be appreciated     *Gingerbread Fair Table December 1 st 8:30-2:30 workers needed Thanksgiving

Flower and Altar Team First Parish Congregational Church Date:   January 25, 2018 Present: Mari Warner, Jo Nancy Gunn, Martha Conlan, Polly Curry, Marjorie Belanger, Marcia Lord, Patrice Tripp Absent/Excused: Deborah Hjort, Brandi Flannagan Item Discussion Resolution Opening Prayer (Jo Nancy) Membership Diane Burton & Sandra Winship are unable to commit to F&A at this time Welcome new member, Marcia Lord Jo Nancy Gunn & Marjorie Belanger’s last meeting. Thank you for all of your contributions Patrice Tripp and Martha Conlan will co-chair for 2018.
