Opening Prayer (Jo Nancy)
Membership	Diane Burton & Sandra Winship are unable to commit to F&A at this time Welcome new member, Marcia Lord Jo Nancy Gunn & Marjorie Belanger’s last meeting. Thank you for all of your contributions	Patrice Tripp and Martha Conlan will co-chair for 2018. Patrice will have a key and 2nd key will be in the F&A box Will plan an “orientation” and tour at the next meeting Would welcome additional members
Review/comments 2017	Poinsettias - large plants were too large - Morrison Center delivered Paraments have been cleaned Should we be sending thank you notes to anyone for flowers in 2017	Poinsettia Sunday will be 12/23/18 Whites should be cleaned annually/purple every other year
Budget	We were not allotted funds for a 2018 budget. As of December we have $237.24 in rollover funds. January income of $40	Jo Nancy is checking to see if parament cleaning is being charged to 2017 budget. If so, will add $51 to rolling funds
	(poinsettias) and $28 expenses (greens for urns) = $249.24 Legacy funds (discussion as to how we can use these funds and any restrictions) - Cloths - Stand for communion banner - Fish garden Funds available for 2018 $443.99 Clark Fund $1599.88 Hewes Fund $507.78 Mens Club Fund	Patrice will send a copy of the emails from Allison Dimatteo re funds. Please review and offer any thoughts/comments Patrice will develop a budget for 2018
Urns	Jo Nancy shared how she had filled Urns - Hanging baskets from Frugal Farmet - Heather (Easter) - Kale (October) - Greens (use leftover from baskets for church fair, if available) How should we recognize that flowers for Urns have been donated in memory of a loved one (Norma Gorham has donated in memory of her late husband, George)	Can we display with a sign Include in Messenger/ Sunday bulletin Patrice will follow up with Marsha Sheehan, chair of CCMG
Flower giving monthly assignments	Members present picked months. Will follow up with back up at next meeting	Patrice will contact Brandi and Deb re open months
Palm Sunday (March 25^th)	Palms have been purchased through Andrew Lane; 1/29 Office received a call from The Abbey in Scarboro re palm order Deb & Mike Richard have loaned First Parish live palm trees for Easter season	Martha will contact both Andrew Lane and The Abbey to get prices and then place order Prep for Palm Sunday on Saturday. March 24th Will be contacted
Easter Sunday (April 1^st)	Last year we had lilies, tulips and daffodils. Used more than one vendor.	Martha will check with Lowes and Broadway Gardens for availability, order deadline and pricing. Will determine order dates once we have above information. Will use Sunday bulletin and screen messages to communicate Prepare sanctuary on Saturday, March 31^st for Easter Sunday
Coffee Hour 2018 February 18^th June 10^th August 12^th October 28th	Members will bring fruit, cheese/crackers, baked goods	Patrice will check re who can make coffee and do cleanup
Other	Need to check with Jackie re Music Sunday Marjorie has provided round table for Advent Candles and willing to continue Glen Ellen has ordered a church calendar for F&A
Next meeting	Anticipate 2/15 or 2/22 @ 4:30
