First Sunday Advent is 12/2. This is the day after the Gingerbread Fair. After discussion, decision is to begin setup on Thursday, 11/29 (while we are there for baskets) and then meet the next week to finish
Thursday, 11/29 will include time to get advent banners up and possibly a couple of wreaths (Patrice will follow up with Top of Hill Gang for assistance)

Saturday 12/8 @ 9 AM to finish setting up trees, etc
Poinsettia Sunday, December 23rd

Discussion included what colors/sizes to have available. Last year the large white plants were fragile. Will plan to have small & large red/small white.

Martha will contact the Morrison Center beginning of November for pricing and delivery (? 12/20)
Order dates: Sunday 12/2 & 12/9 @ 8 AM and 10 AM services.  Will include in November Messenger.
Who can be available after service to take orders?

There had been discussion in previous years about adding blue paraments. Martha went to Abbey in Scarborough. What they had was more elaborate than what we have and cost about $300.

Clean up of closets/ storage spaces
Martha spoke with church member Don Skelton, who is skilled with woodworking and he will make one for us
